Chef Table Menu is one of the programs of Certificate IV in Food Production. This aims at improving students’ skills in presenting unique and appetizing dishes.

The students put their skills into practice, by designing and developing dishes. These gracefully garnished and embellished creations were then presented to the seasoned instructors.
