"Royal West" a buffet Pratice by Students of Diploma 3 of Hotel Operations, with Concentration in Culinary Art

Practical learning provides materials to sharpen students' skills and abilities they have obtained in classroom.

Buffet practice is one of the challenges faced by students in the Diploma 3 of Hotel Operations study program, majoring in Culinary Art Management. 

Recently, Class A from Catering Management organized a buffet activity with a dinner concept themed "Royal West." 

The activity featured various types of food served to invitees who attended the event, including not only the management of IPB Internasional, but also experienced professionals from the industry✨
