IPB Internasional Inaugurates Its First Permanent Professor

As an educational institution that is relatively young and actively engaged in education, IPB Internasional has relentlessly pursued various dreams and aspirations to enhance its global standing.

 After a 15-year wait, IPB Internasional has reached a significant milestone – the appointment of its first homegrown professor. Prof. Dr. I Wayan Eka Mahendra, S.Pd., M.Pd, has achieved the title of Professor in the field of Educational Research and Evaluation Expertise, according to the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, concerning the Promotion of Lecturer Academic Positions.

 The inauguration ceremony took place on Saturday, 15 July 2023, and was conducted by the Rector of IPB International. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including the Head of LLDIKTI Region VIII, Chair of the Dharma Widya Ulangun Foundation, and Chair of the IPB Internasional Senate.

In addition to IPB Internasional's internal academic community, the ceremony also welcomed external guests, including partners from other higher education institutions. In addition, the ceremony welcomed Prof. Eka Mahendra's extended family, and members of the IPB Internasional academic community.
