"Shandong Taste, Culinary From Northern China"

As a third collaboration between IPB Internasional and Jinan Vocational College. The activities will be presented by the Chef from Jinan Vocational College.

Foods to be demonstrated :
- Sweet and Sour Carp
- Minced Garlic Shrimp
- Chinese Dumpling
- Traditional Beijing Noodles with Soy Bean Paste
- Lamian Noodles
- Candied Sweet Potatoes
