On November 11, 2022 is the second day of collaboration between IPB Internasional & Jinan Vocational College in the Balinese Cooking Class program.

Chef Samudera demonstrates Balinese specialties such as ayam betutu and sate lilit. Both of these foods, come from chicken meat which is processed in different ways.
 

The two Balinese specialties feature various types of spices as basic ingredients in the recipe.
