Alumni Updates! Delcia Gomes Pereira Alumna of Certificate III in Food Production Sekolah Perhotelan Bali

Not only from Bali or Indonesia; there are also alumni of IPB Internasional & Sekolah Perhotelan Bali from outside the country! Meet Delcia Gomes Pereira, a Sekolah Perhotelan Bali student from Timor Leste.

Delcia is a 2019 graduate of the Certificate III in Food Production program.

She enhanced her skills during her training at Hotel Timor. Recognizing her excellent performance, she was offered a position at Timor Plaza Hotel within just 2 months of training. Subsequently, Delcia worked as a chef at Aroma Cafe before returning to campus for a competency test.

Currently, Delcia serves as a Chef at Caltech Ventura Hotel in Dili, Timor Leste. Expressing her gratitude, she stated, “Thank you to all the IPBI-SPB instructors for the skills provided. It’s very useful for us, especially for me. I am proud of all the lecturers at IPBI-SPB, especially SPB. From my heart, I thank the IPBI-SPB instructors.”
